Agreement

The Studio Art Portfolio Review must be submitted and passed prior to enrolling in any portfolio-restricted upper level ART course. For example, if you plan to enroll in an upper level ART course in the Spring semester, you must have passed portfolio review in the previous Fall semester (or earlier).

Submitting the required number of works does not guarantee passing the portfolio review. The works must be of a standard recognized by the UCF School of Visual Arts and Design that shows a student's ability to continue in the department's upper level courses. Failure to follow instructions for portfolio submission could result in an unsatisfactory review that prevents you from enrolling in upper level art studio courses.

Once the faculty complete the review of all portfolios, you will receive an email indicating pass/fail from the SVAD Advising email account (studioartportfolio@ucf.edu). If you pass, you will be responsible for adding the portfolio review zero hour course, ART 3950, to your next semester schedule. You will also be responsible for any tuition associated with this course.
