With a diverse population existing in the United States today, our country is a melting pot of different cultures. The Mexican culture tends to use bright and vibrant colors on buildings, blankets, clothing, and even food. These colors are a natural extension of the whole cultural attitude of freedom, pride, and happiness. As a second-generation Mexican living in Florida, my culture is intertwined with the larger American culture. These photographs taken in Florida and Mexico depict concession stands, clothing, and daily activities. In this series, I am showing a little taste of my culture.
