Office Hours

The SVAD Advising Office currently meets with students by appointment only on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Students can also stop by on Wednesday without an appointment. Please call ahead to ensure that an advisor is available.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday:
9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.

Walk-In Wednesday:
9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.

Because of the high number of requests, we are unable to meet individually with prospective students at this time. We encourage you to attend an SVAD Tour which includes an information session presented by our advising team. Register here.

  1. First name and last name
  2. UCF ID
  3. Current degree program or program of interest
  4. Your detailed question.
  5. Include course numbers, names, and/or semesters related to your question if applicable.
  6. Include any documentation/emails that needs to be referenced from earlier advising appointments if applicable.
  1. Review your degree audit.
  2. Review the requirements for your program in the UCF Catalog
  3. Create a tentative semester plan to share with your academic advisor.
  4. Write down your questions and bring them with you.
  5. Bring any documentation which needs to be discussed.
